Elgin City Football Club are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Goalkeeping Coach to support the continued development of our first-team goalkeepers and emerging talent pathway.
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed coach to work within a professional football environment and contribute to the club’s goalkeeper performance and culture both on and off the pitch.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver high-quality goalkeeping sessions aligned with the club’s playing philosophy.
· Support the physical, technical, tactical and psychological development of goalkeepers.
· Work closely with the First Team Manager and coaching staff.
· Provide matchday support, analysis and feedback.
· Assist with goalkeeper recruitment and talent identification where required.
· Maintain professional standards in line with SPFL and SFA expectations.
Essential Criteria
· UEFA B Goalkeeping Licence (or working towards).
· Previous coaching experience within a club, academy or performance environment.
· Strong communication and organisational skills.
· Ability to work evenings, weekends and matchdays.
· Full UK driving licence preferred.
Desirable
· Experience within the Scottish football pyramid.
· Knowledge of data driven goalkeeper analysis and performance tools.
· Current First Aid and Child Wellbeing certifications.
